I am not very tech savvy, so this was ideal for me

We had a different virus protection before and this one is way better, it warns you when a website isn't save and nothing has gotten through so far.

After buying a macbook pro, I needed something to protect it and this does the job.

It works great. Plus it works in the background so, it doesn't interfere with what I'm working on. It doesn't slow down my device while I work either.

You really can't have a computer without having security software...unless you have a Mac. Easy to install, and great that it can be used on 3 pc's.

Webroot is a great virus software program that does its job without hogging up all of the system resources, like some other virus software packages.

Walked into Best buy to ask about the issue I was having with my new computer and geek squad told be to change to this software and remove my old software.works awesome. Geek squad online software support is not that helpful waiting time 2.5 hours

It works and its pretty easy to operate and run. Overall I'd give it a B grade.

Had my PC in for a problem, Geek Squad fixed it ok. Had them uninstall McAfee and put it on WEBROOT. They said it would work on my 2 mac's as well. So I bought the 3 year coverage. But when I tried to load it on my macs it would not work. Why? because it only works on Mac osx version 10.7 or above. Mine is 10.6.8. I guess i should of done there work a little better. I asked the guy at the desk if it would work on macs, and he said, "It should work" I said I don't want to know if it should work. I want to know if it will in fact work, and he said yes it would. I guess I should have checked it myself. Need to train your people on the products you sell. If they don't know then get some one who does know. Its not that hard. I will need to buy a different Internet Security for my other 2 computers now, when I should not have to. Not very professional. I would recommend this product to anyone, but not the service I received from Best Buy.

i'm a little worried about activating free software so i'm still doing research.

Webroot is such a small client, you barely know it is running. The software offers very good protection, as well. Two hallmarks of a good antivirus.
