This product does a great job in protecting my device from internet issues

Web root was recommended by the Best Buy team at initial laptop purchase. I installed it without issue. Haven't had any issues since install on April 16th, 2016. The virus definitions are cloud based so it's always up to date. The only limitation is you need to be online for Webroot to be accessing those latest definitions. Not really a major problem. My only concern is that this limitation should be made more obvious to me. I asked and found out about it. Basically if you use a thumb drive while offline you are not scanning with the latest definitions. Doesn't happen much, but I like to know the limitations of what I use. It's scanning my whole computer in less than 1 minute. This is much faster than previous uses of Norton and McAfee. Granted I haven't put much on the laptop yet. But I do wonder how it's scanning so fast. It's hard to know if it's doing as good of a job as the competition, but time will tell.

After the other security feature was removed I no longer had any problems.

I would recommend Webroot to anyone. I had a previous product and my computer was so slow. With Webroot it doesn't slow my computer

Real time monitoring is a peace of mind feature of this antivirus etc software. I have it on other machines and it has not failed me yet
