Product came at a discounted price when I purchased a computer. Easy to load and use. Doesn't seem to slow down my computer much.

It has really helped me out with keeping my laptop protected and I like how it is constantly scanning for any possible threats.

For as I know. When we downloaded this on the laptop. The computer for a little bit slower. But it's been good protecting it.

Seems to be functioning well. Does not seem to slow down processes as other applications I have used in the past. Time will tell.

Thank you, Best Buy for bundling Webroot with my Dell computer purchase. It covers everything I need from disk clean up to virus protection to internet privacy. Updates are quick and don't slow down my computer.

The Webroot was included as part of a bundle when I purchased a new Laptop from Best Buy. It is easy to install and very user friendly. I liked the fact that I can use it with my mobile devices as well as my PC.

I feel fairly confident that this virus protection does its job well. Scans reveal occasional "invaders" being removed. Best Buy recommends this product when you purchase computer from them -- so I trust it.

So far no problems with this. I brought my computer in for repairs & they installed & said I got this with the year protection

I took my computer to Best Buy, where I purchased it in 2008 because I knew it was infected with something. I was using my ISP's security and Norton at that time and it was obvious something had gotten by both of them. The Geek Squad folks at Best Buy cleaned it up and as part of the service I received the Webroot security program. Following the Webroot instructions I uninstalled Norton and loaded Webroot. I've had no problems since and Webroot has caught, identified, and quarantined a couple of malicious threats and even tells me what internet site they came from. This is really useful information, I think this program does everything it claims to do. Another nice thing is that Webroot updates itself automatically so I don't have to worry about not having the latest protection. I'm an old man that has been playing with these electronic Whiz-bangs for awhile, my first computer ran the latest and greatest at the time, WIN95. I've kept track of the increasing abilities of websites to infect computers and Webroot does everything it claims to do. If I've any advice for anyone it would to be that everytime you fire up your computer have Webroot run a full scan and clean up before you do anything on it.

I installed Web root as soon as I turned on my new laptop! My laptop is working well and I have no viruses or malware. I am happy.

Webroot keeps my computer safe. A virus was detected and removed before causing a problem. When I installed it on my other computer that did not work, it fixed the problems. Now we have two working computers.

Just wanted to make sure my tablet didn't get any viruses from downloads. So far so good. Good software for basic computer use.

Nothing fancy but it works just fine, besides it was included with the purchase of my laptop, so what can I say if it was free :)

Had this program loaded by the GS when they replaced my HD and have not had any issues. Been very pleased with this protection and like that it warns against certain websites that pose risks to the computer.

Good product, it will protect basically as good as any other, but it's missing some of the features of the higher end software.

When we upgraded our computer last year we were asked about our security system for the computer. We stated we had one. Our Best Buy consultant explain how Webroot is so much better than what we had. He said I would not consider using anything else because its so far advanced than my old security system..HE was soooo right. I have not had any viruses at all that have taken over my computer like my old system. Its given us a complete peace of mind. THANK YOU BEST BUY.. I would never go anywhere else for any computer purchases or upgrades..Plus the GEEK SQUAD is more than awesome..
