Just installed about a week ago, so I'm not really sure yet. I gave it four stars because I haven't had any problems so far.

This came with the computer I purchased. I got emails from the Geek squad reminding me about it, The information I needed to add to computer was there in the email. Downloaded quick and was easy to do.

Not always in your face like Norton, Webroot runs in the background, it does is job by protecting your computer with out always showing pop ups and it doesn't show down your computer. I recommend this product.

I was happy to have webroot included with the computer purchase. It's always a good idea to have security when on the web.

The security software I installed was easy to install. I think it is going to do what is advertised. All and all we'll see in the next few days how it performs. It did fined and fix several bugs on my systems.

This anti virus was recommended by the salesman and is the same one used by the Geek Squad. No issues so far and it's working flawlessly! Very pleased.

Webroot was so easy and simple to use. I've always used webroot for all of my computers and they never seem to disappoint.

I quite liked it, until it automatically did a software update. I couldn't stand the way the whole setup looked after the update happened, so I returned it. Would've kept it otherwise. Pros: Super long battery life Amazing sound Clear display Great price Cons: Kept disconnecting from WiFi, got annoying having to reconnect Not many tablet cases for it The software/system update is horrible and hideous

Had a new hard drive installed in my laptop and was recommended webroot security and so far everything is working great!!

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security came with my computer reconditioning. As far as I can tell my machine is still safe and secure. Of course, I haven't tried to download anything I shouldn't.

I will only uuse webroot from now on. It is trustworthy and doesnt hog space or slow my computer down. Its easy to navigate through and i can do checks whenever i want. I know my computer is clean.

My daughter installed this item on my husband's tablet. Not me. But she did not have difficulties in doing the installation.

Program came free with my purchase of a Lenovo laptop for my high school freshmen son. Seems to be a great product so far.
