I think I would like the HP Envy laptop I bought if it didn't have Windows 10 as the OS. I have felt nothing but frustration trying to use it on the laptop, even though I have not had that much difficulty with Windows 10 on my desktop. Since I believe I still have some remaining time to have W 10 uninstalled and Vista or W 7 installed instead, that is what I will do. Maybe I'll find the laptop of more use. I can't find a photo of the model to upload and include with the review.

it has a nice interface and it is easy to get around but sometimes the configuration on the interface acts strange and adds or removes an element off the screen or changes to another tab. it checks something that i previously unchecked and saved changes by putting the code. and when I turn on the computer again is like the configuration goes back to the original one and that happens with other sections of the program. if they don't fix it I may not buy another subscription.

When purchasing my Toshiba laptop, I had the Geek Squad load the Webroot security program to my laptop. It gives me a sense of security and safety. This is so important in this day of cyber thieves!

GREAT PROGRAM. IT CAME WITH MY LAPTOP. I WAS WORRIED IT WOULD SLOW MY COMPUTER DOWN WHILE SCANNING BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM TOO. I'VE ALSO NOT HAD ANY VIRUS ISSUES IN OVER A MONTH, WHICH IS RARE FOR ME.

This is one of the most organized software on the market today. It is very easy to use and understand. It works not only on my Windows computer it works on my mac computer. And my. Android devices.

It was free and how can you not like free? It does what it's supposed to. So far I haven't had any troubles with it.

The help I received from Geek Squad to load it on my husbands desktop was the most valuable aspect of this product. They were amazing! No problem loading to my laptop...but needed help with desktop.

The program works great but I was supposed to get one year with my computer for some reason tI only gave me six months

Super easy to install, and runs in the background protecting everything. Unlike other popular programs, this one is unobtrusive and never populates unless there is a problem that it cannot handle!

This was recommended by Bestbuy salesperson and have to agree it was well worth it. Very easy to install and it scans without interruption and making system slow like other Antivirus software.

I didn't buy it on my own, but it came free with my computer. However, I was not disappointed with it. It protects my computer almost as good as Kaspersky, so I definitely would purchase again.

The employee who helped with my computer purchase suggested I try this. It is very easy to set up, and is not a resource hog like Norton. I will definitely be getting it again when my year is up.

Never used this software before but received it free with Surface Pro 3 purchase. Easy to install, doesn't seem to take up a lot of space or memory. It has stopped threats so it seems to work great.

I was very surprised that this was given as a free item when I purchased a new laptop. What a great idea! We all need the peace of mind of having a good solid security software on a new laptop.
