Paid the exorbitant fee for geek squad because I am a newbie at Windows 8 and I don't really trust new products made who knows where. Tho the price for my new Acer Aspire was relatively low I am not made of money and can't afford a computer failure and replacement. Geek squad installed all software including Webroot which they recommended over McAfee and Norton. Apparently they didn't test Webroot because I immediately had problems and "fatal errors" when I accessed even Google in Internet explorer. Spent 45 minutes on hold with GS only to be disconnected by them! Made in-store appointment (waste of time, just bring it in next time) and found out they only had to disable a Webroot add-in. If they had just tested in the store I wouldn't have wasted hours of my life in frustration!

I purchased this product as an added on to my laptop purchase. I like that I can use this software on multiple devices.I use it on my laptop and cellphones. It works well on my android devices. It easy to use.

This product does all we expected and need. We are beginning with it and the short time we have used it we are pleased.

It is free with a new geeksquad bundle at best buy for a computer. It is a good starter antivirus, as it gets the job done but it is not the best. If you want to buy a antivirus buy one of the leading antivirus software on the market instead. It will be worth the investment.

I have yet to get any pop ups from this software advertising other services for them to upsell. I really like that.

I really like the fast system check Web Root does on our computers. It is easy to navigate some of the advanced features.

Web Root has worked great for me so far. I feel safe when online and have not received any viruses or other issues that would cause my computer to crash or even slow down on performance. I have used other security software in the past and so far this has been the best. I will update on this product in the near future if there is a need.

I have had the combination of Webroot and Geek tech support for a number of years and feel it is well worth the money.

So far so good. Only time will tell. Got this for my husband who wanted a Windows product. I'm an Apple girl myself.

I would recommend this. Easy to understand and manageable.

This product was included with my purchase of an Asus laptop and so far, it's not half bad at all. It promotes what it says it should - protect, clean, etc., and it does a pretty good job of doing it so far.

Software improved my pc and laptop efficiency and speed.
