So far, so good! Easy to install on my Lenovo laptop. Only downside, I've had issues installing it on my phone.

I installed the software on my HP Laptop but since I did I have been having problems with it slowing down the computer and downloading programs. Checked with my cable company and all is OK. They suggest that it is the computer security that could be the problem. Do I uninstall it and see what happens...suggestions?? Would not recommend this at this time until I check it out.

Easy to install and timely notification of threats. Wish it had more performance monitoring and correction features.

It took me a little time to understand how to use this product. Once I figured it out, it caused me no difficulty.

Webroot is topline virus and malware protection. I had mcafee previously and was not fully protected, got a virus that messed up my hard drive have had no problem with webroot would recommend

My first experience with Webroot. I've had McAfee & Norton in the past with other computers. seems fine so far.

I like the reviews I have read regarding the AV-Testing and overall protection of Webroot. The MITM protection was a welcome surprise. But the UI of the firewall and reports was very weak. For instance, clicking on a firewall event to get more info is difficult because the page continues to scroll with new events causing the selected event to change. Compared to Norton Security I think Webroot firewall UI and features has a ways to catch up. Other UI pages also need work.

I got this protection when I brought my laptop. I have complete trust and have not had a bad virus or anything come against my machine once. It is a wonderful protection behind the scenes. Thanks.

For a computer, being secure is a must. This does exactly that. It's not flashy, but it does the job. It's good.

Having problems with my computer took it to Best Buy for check up for virus problems. They installed installed Webroots and works great. I could have installed it but it was being serviced.

Its easy to setup and dies it's job pretty well. I got my copy free with my iMac purchase but its a good product.

Security software does its thing with out any help so not quite sure how to review other than to say we have had no problems yet and would not expect any because it was recommended by Bestbuy

I didn't expect to get free 1 year protection for this computer but was pleasantly surprised to get it. So far I find that it works great. I feel secure in the knowledge that my computer is safe.

Came free with my laptop. It was simple enough to install. Works since my laptop isn't riddled with viruses.

Haven't had any problems so far. I got this when I purchased my laptop. I like that it is compatible with Mac.
