Everything about my experience with the Geek squad and the Webroot anti virus software is beyond expectations!

I was happy this was included in my computer package. It was easy to install and am happy with the protection!

Purchased the Webroot internet security program for the laptops recently purchased. Runs quickly and smoothly.

Never heard of Webroot before, but it works great.

My computer came with a free trial version of McAfee preloaded. I got Webroot as part of an incentive when I bought my computer, but I know if you install competing versions of virus software sometimes there are conflicts. So I waited and the day my McAfee free trial version ended is when Trovi dot com malwared me. Trovi takes away your homepage and ties to gather info. on sites you visit. . I downloaded Malware bytes which helped me in the past and it seemed to get rid of the problem. But then after I get a message from McAfee that I am no longer protected I see the same url address trying to get in again 94 dot 102 dot 63 dot 129 thru 94 dot 102 dot 63 dot 235. which belongs to some hackers in the Netherlands called Ecatel Ltd. They are the ones sending out this Trovi stuff. . I found their phone number 317-022-04015 and fax 317-022-0415 if anyone wants to do something about them. Anyway, once webroot was installed it found 7 files that Malware bytes did not and cleaned them. Apparently these Ecatel Ltd people were still trying to hack me. So thank you Webroot!

No compplaints about this internet security! Havent gotten a virus and thats all i care about! Fast scanning !

The people at Best Buy recommend this antivirus...

I know it was FREE, but the ASUS came loaded with McAfee, so required service twice once to load and second time to remove all McAfee programs not taken off by first tech. Dont understand Best Buy's stance on this software which is only free for 6 months.

We purchased this after purchasing a laptop for my son. So far we haven't had an issue and that feels good.

Was recommended for this anti-virus software by a store member. So far, I love it. No pop ups and runs fast

The product is a good product. I have not had any problems with it but have not really seen all the benefits yet either. I like that it is on the tablet and is protecting my purchase from malware, so it's all good.
