It asks for a password and nothing works to get it loaded. It says to put in the password your ITech emailed you...I don't have an Itech. Hmmmmm.

The support is great, I had an older PC covered under this product and it more than paid for it self to get that PC tuned up. I would recommend it. Its just as good as the other major anti virus programs.

I already had Trend Micro and there was no real explanation for the switch. It does not seem to give as much information as TM and I hope it works. No opinion yet.

I got this free with the purchase of a new PC and it seems fine. My PC is a little bit slower and that's the reason for my lower rating.
