Very easy to install. Automatically updates. Threat protection is done automatically and is in the cloud.

Some extra protection that came along when I got my Surface. Easy to use and doesn't require rocket science. A good extra to keep you protected against any sort of virus or malwares.

This came with my new laptop. Installed it with no problems. Scans for virus. Have had no problems so far!!

I had a software problem due to a virus. BB fixed the problem and sold me this antivirus. No problems since.

Easy to use and operate.Had issue with subscription saying it was expiring when I actually had plenty of subscription left but Geek squad fixed it on line.I feel good about my security!

I've used this software in the past and haven't had any problems. It is easy to install and easy to navigate.

My only issue with this software was how freaked out I got when my computer completely shut down when I installed it. As it turns, out...the problem is with my Lenovo, not the program.

I bought Webroot once before as my internet security. Really liked it, so decided to purchase it again. It is easy to use & understand. So far, am going to continuing using Webroot.

Easy to use, runs in the back ground, needs little attention to take care of everything. Used second install on my daughters almost frozen computer and it cleaned up everything.

Seamless - that's what we want in a security system, right? We don't want a clumsy, intrusive gestapo reminding us of its presence at every turn. So far, Webroot has delivered as promised. It is good to feel a little more secure, even though - hey, this is a Mac... we are not used to the invasions that occur regularly in the PC world (I've used both!)... I'm glad Webfoot is here - I have nothing to compare it with, so four stars was my choice.

Runs seamlessly in the background. Doesn't require any special attention. Doesn't suck power or performance to run with out the background. Gets the job done the way you want it to

After years of using Norton, I am surprisingly pleased with Webroot. It seems to be a bit easier to use than Norton was, and has the same convenient password feature that Norton had.

I'm not technically savy enough to know for sure, but I hope it's working. I was disappointed that I had to call Geek Squad as I was having a problem with Internet Explorer (new computer with Webroot installed by them). They hinted at some ad stuff and installed additional to remove/block adware. Isn't that Webroots job? My only choice for the question WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND is yes or no. At this point I would have to say that I'm not sure.

I feel confident that this program will keep my computer safe. It is an inexpensive way to have peace of mind. It is very easy to use.
