I've been online since the beginning of the WWW, and the years of headaches dealing with antivirus packages seemed to increase quarterly, as more and more Black Hats spawned themselves out there. Delightfully, however, when I recently purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and had their Geek Squad configure it for me, they put the new WebRoot anti-everything on-board as well. It really is pretty much issue-free. The initial set-up was simple enough, and I've learned a few things like letting it know when I add 'freeware' from the web, I need to let WebRoot know that I know and I accept it and it needs to play right and let the freeware exist and do its thing without quickly erasing it, shutting it down, or telling me all about what it was trying to do. Once I got trained-up on how WebRoot works, its been simply charming and glitch-free. It's SO much better that the old ones I wrestled with way-back-when!

Great virus protector program is right on it. It's scan every time. And alerts me of any changes

It came free with the purchase of laptop. My husband installed it right away, and works great!

I am not afraid with this protection. It is sometimes overkill but I'd rather have it that way.

Got this from Best Buy on the recommendation of a sales associate. Did not find out until I got home that you can't even download this or any other anti-virus onto the Surface I bought that day. So I have no idea how good a product this is

Webroot is new for us, as we had Norton for years. We feel very confident with this product.

Bought this for Internet safety for family member who I bought laptop for and they loved it.

Using Norton instead because I have already paid for it but am sure webroots is equally as good.
