Slows down my computer

Not sure if it's really working because every time I go to the internet, a naughty site shows up. The same one and i DO NOT go to those sites. I don't have this problem with my other computers.

Easy to install and use.

The rep. that sold me the product was super helpful and assured me that it would be easy to install. He explained it all to me and told me to call back if I had any problems. Best Buy is becoming my "go to store" for alot of my needs.

Very easy to set up on my other computers.

Good security program

no viruses with Webroot

The entire hard drive had to be wiped clean and a new operating system installed. I had the geek squad install webroot and I have not had any problems in years.
