    I got this as my security guard for my laptop, easy to install, and so far no issues, it was great there was a code to download it because my laptop doesn't have a cd drive on it

    I liked the servuce best buy provided. Was a lil confused about the product but the geek squad customer service agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very dissappointed in the computer itself though and that a representative recommended it to me about a year ago. The comouter is awful and I spent a lot of money on it at best buy. I would recommend the Web root to a friend most likely but not buying a computer from best buy because of the bad experience with the representative and the computer itself.
