I purchased this when I got my new lap top. I wanted something that wouldn't slow my laptop down but would still offer good protection. After some discussion, I decided to give it a try. So far I feel it is worth the $50 a year. It doesn't seem to be slowing my laptop performance amd runs seamlessly and quickly in the background with very little input needed by me. I have only been using it for about 2 months, but so far, so good.

This is Decent virus protection for the price. It's very fast and it's data base is comprehensive.

This was really easy to set up and get running - pretty much a no-brainer. I especially like that I can install it on up to three devices, and then manage them from one place.

The web root protection is easy to install, has great support from Best Buy and is very easy to maneuver through. I would recommend to a friend and anyone reading the reviews.

I think that this product is very easy to set up. It is great if you do not know much about computers and you want to stay save. It is very user friendly and you do not have to worry about anything after you set it up. It is also a great advantage that you can track your computer over the internet if it get stolen. You can also lock it or erase all your data. The only disadvantage i see is that you have to buy the program again after 1 year.

HAve been using the webroot antivirus program for about two months now without a hiccup. so far so good

This came with the computer that I gave as a gift, but I have used the same product on my own computer for several years. I am very pleased with it. Highly recommended !

The product is excellent just what I would expect from Best Buy as far as quality; however, the salesperson who assisted me was far from professional, in fact, his behavior was unacceptable and I ended up calling the manager of the store. He was rude and I observed him treat other other customers in the store in a demeaning manner. I will never go back to that particular location again because of the negative experience from the salesclerk.

For the price it would s a good product. I have not renewed the program, but so far it works well.

I have installed it on my computers and I haven't had any problems. It does have a beef with Zone Alarm or the other way around. Z.A. doesn't know what to do with it sometimes.

This works because I have had no virus' etc get into my computer. I have been warned about sites, yet been able to go into them (such as the US Government official sites.

Did not review before buying because it was free with laptop purchase. But I really like the product

This product was free as part of the purchase of the iPad Air 2 and the Geek Squad protection plan.

This product came free with purchase and I was hesitant to install. I prefer other virus protection softwares. But a mislead by my ISP pushed me into installing it. Installed great, but had some very negative effects on the functionality of my 2 in 1 machine. I've ended up disabling a good portion of the product to get my laptop back to it's working condition.

Got this software for free with a purchase of a laptop. Have used similar products from Webroot (trusted source) with good results. How can you not be happy with FREE !

This came free with my computer purchase but has overall done a good job at protecting my computer.

Have used this for a number of years, so when we purchased new pc, wanted our protection to remain as good as it was or better. Does an excellent job and is so easy to set up

This is by far the easiest Internet Security program I've ever used. It's easy to understand and very user friendly. I've had not issues since I started using this program.

I find my MAC Pro easy to use and enjoyable because it is reliable .and fast results. It is also light weight to take any where. I would recommend this computer to any one
