I don't have it installed on my pc, but I took advantage of the more than one device... and have it installed on grandma's PC and great aunts pc... so far, all threats eliminated; I haven't had to be IT support for awhile now! :) Also, haven't received phones calls of confusion about the product/software/gui either. With Norton and AVG both of the "old folk" were calling unclear what they should be doing when something would pop up.

Free with the computer purchase is a definite plus. Will install when my current program ends.

I got this program based on the sales person's recommendation. It has done its work well enough.

Its virus scanning scanning program. To me, that means it should be as small, fast, and unnoticable as possible. I've used Kaspersky, Norton, and McCaffee and would rank Webroot ahead of all those. The best buy salesman talked me into Webroot and I'm glad he did. It takes up less drive room and with a 128GB SSD, I didnt want to waste space on background programs. Worth pointing out is that Webroot does a scan in an amazingly fast time. Also worth pointing out is that I had some trouble with my computer, notably with my trackpad, especially scrolling up and down. I was finally able to trace the problem to a bunch of tracking code that some web site put on my computer. Webroot didnt find anything wrong. I installed the free version of Adaware and it found tracking code that Webroot couldnt. I know that to keep a computer clean, you need to use several anti-whatever programs, but it was disappointing that Webroot didnt find anything wrong. Still, if the smaller footprint and faster scans are important to you, Webroot is worth trying out.

Great security. Easy to install and easy to us. Has caught all viruses before causing any problems.

I like the password feature. It is a good value for the price, easy to use, and was easy to install.

It came free with product but I'm used to other security products but I'm not downing this one.

I haven't had any problems or issues with this new product. I wasn't familiar with it previously.

I like the security on my laptop and my phone. Keeps little kids out of my phone. Easy to use.

seems to be a good product, better than Norton so far. already caught malware, easy to install. will put on my other laptop today so that all systems are equally protected.

With purchase of new laptop, this came free. So far seems to work fine. Only a few weeks of use.

Has already removed some threats to my computer. I like this product, although, I have noticed my computer programs appear to open slower and Idk if this is can be remedied by approving the security of the webpages 1st so that Webroot does not have to figure out if they are safe or not. I do not know if this is the problem but I plan to contact Geek Squad to ask or get help if this may be the problem. Otherwise, I like this product.

It's wonderful I love it it works just fine it's easy to install and there is no pop up or and on it don't ask for credit card information at all unlike some others.

Webroot is amongst the best in the business. For the Cyber World we live in, a clear must have!

I have been using webroot for years on another computer. Happy enough to add it to this new one!

this was the best security system I have ever used. it runs itself .No pop ups to annoy you.The geek squad knocked this one out of the park .I had to do nothing but use it.

Easy to install & use; gets the job done. Very light & does not require a lot of intervention.

This was an easy install for virus software. As far as I can tell it seems to be working well.

I was skeptical at first to use this but it came with my laptop and a free trial period. It's very easy to use and not anywhere near as annoying as Norton or some others.
