I waited and waited for someone to assist me in the store. I finally found someone to assist me. No customer service, what so ever. No thank you upon my purchase. I was considering installing this anti virus product but once I peeled the label off to access my keycode the label ripped and I was unable to read the number. I have since purchased Bitdefender. Bitdefender 1 Webroot 0.

The Geek Squad fixed my computer and recommended Webroot. I am much more comfortable with this added security, and I wish that I had it from the start.

I went to Best Buy and the associate recommended this product. She was very knowledgeable about it. It was very easy and quick to install. Better than the big named anti virus protections.
