Great and easy to install on to the PC. Once u have they offer internet step by step help .

The ONLY problem I had was in the installation - a problem with the product key led me to call a number on the box - and they wouldn't do anything to help me get it running until I bought an annual contract from them - I Yogi (even though I already have and strongly recommend the Geek Squad annual contract). I found that quite frustrating - and ended up having to take the computer and program to the store for installation.

I had problems relating to phishing and junk mail this product solved the issues I feel much more secure I purchased the three year plan as it was the most economical

Webroot Internet Security is very easy to install. The Best Buy sales representative suggested I purchase it. I'm glad I decided to trust Best Buy with my purchase.

I got this when I brought my laptop in for servicing. It is a very comprehensive package and REALLY easy to use. I'm glad I have it for an extra level of protection

Purchased this with our new computer. So far I've had no issues and computer is running well.

The Geek Squad installed this program on our new computer. We have had Webroot on our previous computer and have been super pleased with it. Haven't had any problems.

Best Buy gave me this when I bought the computer and it was so easy to install. The iMac doesn't come with a CD drive but you can still install with the internet.

Adjusting to Windows8.1 has not been as difficult as expected. Will use as primarily like a desktop in that I will not move it very often. The silver keys with a blue light behind the keys make it difficult to use the keyboard. I am using a wireless keyboard and mouse so that will bot be a major concern. Other that that I have had it a little over a week and am still in the process of adding my items to it. So far no issues.

Make me feel that my data and security of my personal information are well protected. Easy to setup and scan my files and programs for spyware and virus infections.

Never heard of the product, but it was free (for at least 6 months) so I'm using it. It's OK.

I feel protected with Webroot and it doesn't interfere with other programs I might be using at the time it is scanning. Gives a easy to read report when it is done.

We have had no problems or issues with this anti-virus software. It has met our expectations.

When I opened the package(that was the hardest thing) I inserted the cd and the rest was done by the program. It runs in the background without taking much memory.

This was the first time I've used Webroot for my antivirus software and so far, I have been very pleased with it. Easy to install and works well with Windows 10.

I think there are mor antivirus better than this but by free with you purchase is very good

With the amount of research I have to do this gives me security for the safety on my computer

Virus control came with the purchase of my laptop. It gives me notice every time I log in so I know it is protecting my computer. So far it is doing a good job.
