Keeps you on track if you need a little boost

I bought the pink band, I also have very small wrists and wasn't sure if it would go small enough but not a problem. It's not bulky and I forget I even have it on. It helps me to look at what I really do in a day compared to what I think I did. It helps me know when I need to get up and moving. If your looking for a little help to get up and going this is perfect! My sister has one also so we have a circle going and a little sisterly competition. You can have people in your group and that helps me with motivation. I would recommend to anyone,,
