It was installed at the Geek Squad's recommendation. It is working by warning me about 'shady' web sites - and does a lot of background protection.

Works great! Most Spywares will bog down the computer but this one will run scans in the background while your using it without a single problem!

Had it for years. They keep improving their product with many new features. When there is a problem, you get quick results. Blocks and protects computer with nothing to update. It automatically updates itself. I have it on many computers and is well worth the money. I have had other security software including free ones from internet providers but this one Webroot is the best in my opinion.

it has been doing what it is suppose to do and that is to keep nasty virus out. :)

This software is good for who really need a protection while surfing internet.

This is the first time I have used this product, because all but one of my computers is a Mac book. I so far have had no issues with this application.

Geek Squad added this to my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and it was all set up for me. I haven't had a problem with anything and it's been working great.

I don't know too much about antivirus but this one helps my computer to be clean.

I have not even opened the software package that came with the purchase. I used Webroot that came with previous purchase, it worked ok but I had major problems with solving a customer service issue... getting put into loops of having to speak with one rep then a second, then a third and then back to the same one I starred with... having to explain the same things over and over to each and demanding to speak with a supervisor after a hour or so of the run around with the reps just trying to convince me t o keep the service, not tryng to solve the problem. Somehow some other person had been added to my account and the auto-renew was paying for her subscription in addition to mine! I finally had to contact the manager of the local Geek Squad to get the problem resolved and the subscription canceled! The product might be ok but the customer service is the pits!!

The product is a good working need to keep my computer up to date and protected.
