Being new to windows 8 and touchscreen, I went through 3 separate purchases of your computers, eventually keeping one. the 15 minute free tutorial isn't enough for a person to get accustomed to a new system. I would recommend a system like the "genius bar" that holds FREE group classes when they purchase a computer. Or, charge for the class if they don't buy a computer and then give them credit if they buy a computer later.
