I was very hesitant in moving from Apple, Macbook Pro 2009 to windows. Despite this fear, I went through with purchasing this computer. I instantly feel in love!!! HP really stepped it up this computer. I love the touchscreen and its ability to change modes. The track pad is great, I thought that was where I'd be disappointed and probably why I was loyal to Mac in the first place. I am still getting use to Windows 10. It's a bit glitchy but the powers that be should have it squared away in the near future.

We are happy with the webroot internet security system; it was installed when we had work done on our laptop so we had to do nothing.

I would recommend that anyone who uses a electronic device to use this software to ensure that they won't get any viruses on them!

This a really good product to keep your computer protected. It was great to have protection on the first day of using my computer.

It is a very good antivirus and it does not slow down the computer.

This Product came along with my new Laptop, let's say as a "Goodie" from Bestbuy. Thanks a lot. One thing I did not understand is, the folks of Bestbuy and the description on this item says, it offers you protection for a whole year. But after the activation I've realized it is only good for 180 days. So, I have nearly 3 months to decide, if I was satisfied or not.

I love how this runs mostly in the background with no interference with what you're doing. And the fact that I can use it on 3 different items such as my cell phone and my tablet. Their customer service is excellent as well. When I thought I had registered it completely (and I hadn't so it was my fault) it kept interrupting an offline program I was using. I called to complain and they took care of any issues I had right away! With an apology for it doing that. I will use this program with all my future products!

Protects my computer fine, a lot of settings you can change to your own liking. don't look forward to when the subscription runs out.

I went to Best Buy to get a problem with my computer solved by the Geek Squad. Given the costs, I enrolled in the insurance plan and the fix was accomplished very efficiently. I had been told that Best Buy sold Eset's NOD 32 antivirus protection but that isn't the case. I will withhold judgment until I can determine the efficacy of WebRoot which the Geek Squad installed.
