I purchased a laptop and this came free with it. I installed it and haven't heard anything from it, but I haven't gotten a virus yet, so I guess it's doing its job.

For being free. So far it's good. Haven't had any troubles with it. Easy to install.

This was free with our laptop purchase. Was easy to install and setup. I haven't had any virus's so not sure how good it is at blocking or removing them.

I had already run two other more expensive anti-virus programs that still left 4 viruses intact, but to my disbelief, WebRoot found those four and the other 28 viruses overlooked by the first two much more expensive AV packages to boot. It eradicated those viruses and then had the nerve to give me constructive tips on how to tune my PC to make it even more secure - simple, quick, and effective.

I had a ton of viruses on my laptop per the Geek Squad worker I spoke with when I picked up my laptop. When I dropped it off 3 days earlier I couldn't even get on Internet Explorer. Since I've added this 1 year protection to my laptop I've had no issues. And it's great to know if I have any issues again I can bring it right into best buy and it'll get fixed at no extra charge to me for the next year.

So far no problem with security. It makes it easy to know your computer is secure

This was very easy to install and one of the better virus protectors I have found.

I first got Webroot about 4 years ago on my old PC. I had McAfee and it failed to get rid of a virus. I called Webroot and was able to get someone on the phone. That was the first impressive thing. Then he worked with my PC and got rid of the virus. I approved the installation of Webroot and I have been virus free ever since. When I purchased my new PC it was almost time for the old Webroot license to expire so I purchased a new one. I don't know if McAfee has real people you can talk to or not... but for me that is the main selling point of Webroot.

I have had no issues with anything while using this software. Usually after a month the Trojans sneak through and cause issues. Not this time!

I have found that Webroot seems to allow my computer to run faster than other similar products I have used. It was quick and easy to install.

this is a good product, I recommend this to everyone. Especially with kids going online and even for your own protection. Awesome product to buy.

Webroot is so much easier to use than Norton. Anything I download or plug in to my computer can be scanned first so I feel a lot more protected.

I bought this to replace a worn unit. It works very well and is economical.

Set up was super easy. Download and go. Always good to have virus protection.

It's simple to use and practically works itself! I haven't had any problems with it and I'm definitely a novice when it comes to technology.
