Gas Range Degreaser aka Awesomeness!

I find the spray coverage excellent without terrible fumes. If a spill is big and dry it does usually require more than one spray and soak type application but I find that to be normal for this type of cleaning. I often follow with a glass or stainless steel polish for shine but that is a good choice.
