Posted .Sorry to hear of your disappointment. Depending on if the burns around the burners are from pots and pans (which can be permanent) or if it is from food and over-spills then this product can be used to remove the food residue. We would recommend applying the cream to that area, covering with Saran or Plastic Wrap, and letting it sit on the surface for 30 minutes. Then follow up with your scrubbing pad, wipe away food residue, then buff.

Messy and did not clean well

Weiman Cooktop Polish - Great for Cleanup

It works great because it removes rings from boil overs when cooking and it doesn't scratch up my stovetop. I am happy with my purchase!
