He found an answer to my problem and showed me how to fix it. If I need further assistance I would look for him in the store for help. He gave me his undivided attention and was careful to explain thing so I could understand it. Additionally, on a prior trip to the store I bought weiman cooktop cleaner. This is a nice product. I would purchase it again.
