Won't last

When I received it the clasp for one of the straps was broken and there was an ink stain inside one of the pockets. If it weren't for the fact that I was pressed for time, I would have returned the bag. I do, however, like the size and style of the bag. I have a feeling that I may have received a bag that was previously returned or Best Buy has a terrible package/shipping process.
