WORST MADE BAG

Well, imagine my surprise when after the first time using it, the pull part of the zipper came off. Which pretty much renders it unusable, as if I cannot zip it closed, I won't walk through an airport, or put it in the overhead bin. Total waste of money.

Too heavy to carry for

It is too heavy once loaded to carry on shoulder for long through a busy airport. Also does not fit well under the airplane seat and leaves little room for other carry-ons. It does not expand in width so carrying cords and other accessories is difficult-leaving little room for papers. Does have the ability to slip on a roller bag.
