I bought and withon two months the inside tore due to the weight of my laptop?!

Disappointed...already broke! I will NOT recommend this product to friends or family.

The bag is ok. Don’t over fill or the zipper could fail.

I used the bag but it felt apart in less than a year, had to to purchase a new bag

It has many pockets and seems to be durable enough. At over 60 bucks is not worth it.

Love the bag. Would recommend to anyone looking for an item like this.

I have bought this bag twice, I keep my laptop, charger, mouse, tablet, phone charger, and flash drive in it, the zipper and handle broke on the first bag and the zipper just broke on the 2nd!

The strap broke fairly quickly. The inner liner is already getting worn, too. I would say that it's nice, but not a hard use bag.

I love the look of it but once the laptop was in there and it's cords, there was no room for anything else. I had to return it.

I'm a 29 yr old who goes to work and college. I did so much research into buying a laptop tote, and I just bought this today from Best Buy. The material feels durable, and I love that the top is zippered and that it has an opening to put it through a suitcase handle. The inside is durable too. Lots of fashionable totes don't really have padded interiors, but this one does. Lots of pockets for organization. You can most definitely stick a water bottle into one of the interior pockets. I plan on using this tote to go from work to college without switching bags. I also plan on using this bag for traveling. I LOVE that this bag has a long shoulder strap along with the regular handles for the tote. I feel like this bag will complement my business wear at work, and my normal clothes for college too. I didn't want a tote that was too casual looking..but something that can be enhanced or toned down depending on what I wear. It wouldn't look out of place if you wore casual clothes OR professional clothes and walked around with this versatile bag. ;) I would buy another one if it came in different colors, I love it so much.

I got this for the 16" laptop computer that I have at work. It is very stylish and sleek looking with tons of pockets for organization. Makes me want to use this as my purse, but I don't take the laptop home except on the weekends. Looking forward to taking this on vacation with me. It is beautiful :) I got this on sale but would gladly have paid full price after seeing it.

I had one and loved it. But it got stained, so I bought another one and the zipper broke. Exchanged for another one and the zipper on that one broke too.

The strap hook broke the very first time it was used, too expensive of an item to break first time in use, Took back to store and they swapped it out.

This thing fell apart as right after I passed the return window.

Bought this for my wife's laptop but didn't read the size for it so it didn't work out

My Lap top bag strap broke, BEST BUY will not replace anything after 15 days.

I've had this for three years, and I like it a lot because it is stylish and compartmentalized. It can fit two bottles, or one and lunch, and a small/medium sized laptop. The leather around the straps has worn a bit and my zipper is starting to be a bit finicky, but I'll likely replace it with a new version of the same thing because it's served me well.

I've had this tote for a year and a half. The handles have some major cracks in them and one of the straps are starting to break. It is very roomy and has plenty of space for all the files I carry back and forth. I wish it held up better as I'm having a hard time finding a bag that has just as much space.
