Cable Tuner didn't work

When we plugged in coaxial cord for cable it didn't pick up any channels. We knew the cable worked, because other tv's were able to get channels. We may have gotten a defective model. If you're a cord cutter this tv may work for you, but if you need it for cable, or over air antenna tv, I would be wary. We were able to take it back and exchange it for a non-smart insignia 24 inch, that works just fine for us. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Good price for a Smart TV..

Entry level smart TV
