I purchased 3 of these online for work,1 came with no legs. Per instructions from the manufacturer that came in the box, they request "do not return to store" and to contact them with any issues. Response was slow and poor. I had requested the legs since that was all the was missing and wanted it shipped to my location. After a couple of weeks they let me know they do not have it, after requesting multiple pictures with the serial number, etc. After that, when I tried to start a return online on the best buy site, it stated that I couldn't. In regards to picture quality, it was ok. However the "access a wide range of streaming media, including Netflix and YouTube, to enjoy HD-quality TV. Feature" is limited to only a few apps, which do include netflix and youtube. ou cannot download any other apps. You only get what is installed. No amazon prime, etc.

Bought this for my daughter mainly for Netflix and firestick. Menu isnt user friendly bu tv you get what you pay for.

only have TV for short time now have to send to service center. I am locked out of control of TV. several controls ie. menu, source etc not working

Cheap smart TV. Seems to lose connection and you have to re-enter the password.

I took tv back due to the feet of the tv were wider than they should have been.

Purchased this television for a part of my house that doesn't not have a satellite box, so that we could connect to local stations and by wifi to our satellite provider. Did not work. If you only want to stream from the youtube, Netflix, or Vudu, it will be fine, just don't wish for anything else.

Smart tv that couldn't download any apps so I returned it instantly

Wifi password does not stay saved so you have to enter it everyday

Very basic smart tv don't expect much when it comes to streaming

Television worked fine, smart tv options not so much.

Have problem with remote. Won't stay connected to tv

I purchased this item for my mother who was coming to visit. I realized it was not a top brand or model. But it is so cheaply made it feels lie if I move it that it will fall apart. Spend a little more money and buy something better. You get what you pay for

By current standards, this is a very basic set and I knew that prior to purchase. Biggest negatives: you must step through channels--there is no number pad; the sound quality is quite poor.

Could not get it to connect to the internet which is the reason I purchased it.

The tv is very good, but if you want to use it a a pc monitor , the resolution will dissapoint you.

This tv is garbage. Spend the extra $50 on the vizio or Samsung. The remote is slow to respond, the tv needs to "warm up" for 5 minutes or so before the Wi-Fi hooks up so you can use it. And of all the Wi-Fi devices in my house, this is the only one that loses signal. I'd return it but I threw out the box. Only thing it does well is play DVD's.

Poor rating because the tv would not connect to wifi, so don't really know how well it is.

Smart TV but it only comes with 5 available apps and no store to purchase apps. Would at least be nice to state that on the box. I returned this TV and purchased a different model

What is the point of calling it a smart TV if you are stuck with barely any apps that are interesting? You have to purchase another streaming device to be able to watch anything of interest.

The smart tv was not very user friendly and did not easily hook up to wifi. Decided to return item and exchange.
