Junk!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv to put in the guest room.Brought it home hooked it up ,ran a channel scan,and would only pick up analog channels.Called Westinghouse customer service,talked to a woman in a foreign country,could barely understand her,. She told me I need a cable box to pick up the digital channels.Not!!! Took the tv back to the store ,got a Insignia tv,works fine! Will never purchase a Westinghouse product again!!!!!

I have a digital antenna that seems to work well with this TV. I get a clear picture. I have it on my porch as an extra tv, so it doesn't get a lot of use.

Picture ok, if you can get it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son for college but it wouldn't work because it only has an ATSC tuner and it doesn't support QAM, which is the signal the cable company uses where he goes to school. Most HD TVs support NTSC/ATSC/QAM but apparently really cheap ones do not. And since I can't get it back to the store in 15 days, now I'm stuck with it. It will work with over-the-air antenna.

Not worth the low price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a basic TV for the bedroom. I was excited by the price and 1080p resolution. Very disappointed. The sound on this TV is horrible. No one in the family could stand to listen to it. It is very tinny and sounds like it is coming from way in the back of the TV. Also all the connections ( HDMI, Audio etc.) are at a weird angle at the back of the TV, I got a 720p Insignia for the same price and we are all much happier.
