Ghosting effect on image

The image is soft (it is 720p after all) and has a ghosting effect that I can't seem to get rid of in the menus. Not recommended for anyone that can see their screen clearly.

I thought it was my cable, but it was not and the return deadline passed. Shane on Best Buy to pass on to their consumer. The whole lot was defective, but they still sold.
