Westinghouse sent me new feet that fit within a week. This is a small TV, so it has very poor sound volume. It is even worse when playing DVD's. I have not contacted them as these TV's, the sound comes out the back. I had this issue with a larger TV, and had to purchase a sound bar for more volume. This is the only reason I gave it 3 stars, as it works just fine. Of course, I purchase it for the cost, and now if I want more volume, I will have to pay for a sound bar.

I have arthritis and very bad knees. This young lady waited for someone to answer the door before she left. My hat goes off to her. She should be commended.

You really get what you pay for even if it’s less. I enjoy the DVD player. Really I would not recommend this item.
