The right combo TV that plays fair ,but is not clear and sharp as some TVs

Excellent Price and Great Customer Service!! Unfortunately I did not open the box on this TV / DVR because I returned it for the 32" Model. It's a gift to my father...

Bought it as a replacement for my camper.waiting to use as soon as the new camper arrives.

The DVD player on my Westinghouse went out within a few months. I called BestBuy and they told me they could not and would not help me that I had to go to Westinghouse. The policy within Westinghouse is that they will not send you another TV. you must provide proof and pictures and then you must pay someone to destroy the TV. Which BestBuy will gladly do for you for $29.99, they wont do it for free even though you bought it there. And then Westinghouse will provide you your money back minus taxes and the fee you paid to destroy the TV. So by the time it is all said and done you are out about $40.00 dollars while Westinghouse and BestBuy have both made money off of the deal and in the end you only get a portion of your money back and have no TV. I get the horrible service from Westinghouse but I expected more from BestBuy. They didn't step up at all. They would rather lose my future business. Which they have now done.

Picture is good, sound, volume is for a small room

The biggest issue I have with this tv is that a MINOR scratch on a DVD freezes the screen and you cannot fast forward past it. I can only conclude the DVD player isn't sophisticated enough to do anything other than stop. My 2nd complaint is the 15 day return date started BEFORE I received the TV. What the heck Best Buy!??? :( FYI: I had no issues with the volume not being loud enough like some other reviewers mentioned.

I don't have the right antenna to get any channels to watch, though.

My review is for the convenience of shopping, ordering and picking up my TV. I love the convenience, the trust in product and ability in service if not satisfied

The first TV had a broken screen, but Best Buy replaced it right away.

We have only used it to watch two or three movies. So for so good.

Haven’t got it to camp yet but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be great for the rainy days!

Difficult to integrate with cable TV clicker. Use manual needs a re-do

I bought this TV to play DVDs since it's one of the few models that have the built-in player. From the start, it was very choosey about which DVDs it would play (all work fine on other machines). The player makes a grinding noise when loading and in most cases, will not load the disk. Be prepared to spend 5-10 minutes trying to coax the player to load a disk. There's no rhyme or reason as to which disks it accepts or rejects. And even if you do get it to play, the picture is not good and the audio sounds like it's coming out of a tin can. You can't hear dialogue unless you're two inches from the screen. If a scene has music, however, the volume is earsplitting ie fingernails on glass. After 6 months, it quit working altogether. It's a $150 hunk of plastic headed for the landfill. My advice, don't throw your money away on this cheap piece of garbage.

I was looking to save space of not having a DVD player seperate for my kids room. There was literally 2 choices. Cons.... This tv feels like old technology, plays blu rays but not great pic quality, DVD player can be slow inserting or sometimes we forget which way to put a DVD in. The remote has a lot of buttons.

I picked up this TV on 30Aug2020 and it malfunctioned on 23Oct2020...less than 2 months of ownership. I have no picture, after replacing HDMI cable and remote doesn't work (after new batteries installed). I have an online service request to Westinghouse Support to determine my next course of action. Never did use the DVD part...only the TV. Before this situation occurred, the picture on some channels did not fill the screen...black void bands on the top & bottom of the picture. Otherwise, the quality is not something I had expected from Westinghouse (once was a reliable brand).

My brother and I got this for our mother since she loves watching DVD in her kitchen. She likes it a lot more than the one she had previously been using.

The TV is perfect . I loved that I didn’t have to stand around and wait for help in the store.

Best Buy is great and every body in there. Very professional, and very knowledgeable wouldn’t go any other place, for my electronics needs.

TV was stolen from the front of my home, so I never had the chance to experience the TVCombo But never the less good buy!
