It's been less than a month since I started using this DVD combo. I waited to use it because I considered returning it before I used it. When it became too late to return it, I started to use it. It creates a ring of scratches on every disc and it pauses, graphics are garbled, and simply refuses to play the DVD'S.

I cannot speak for the tv reception with cable as we bought this tv because of the DVD for our camper. In regards to the DVD, there is no sound and everything plays in black and white or green. With that being said we returned the product for a refund within the timeframe allowed for a refund. The product was received back to Best Buy on June 10th and it is now July 9th and we have still not been refunded to the debit card that we used for the purchase. I have called and been told twice it has been escalated and we would receive an update within 24hrs, this has not happened. So from this experience, I wouldn't recommend the tv or Best Buy.

It doesn't take Blue Ray and some of our DVD movies and it wouldn't work with our other tech. We are very disappointed in this product considering the price with everything was over $150.00.

The first one wouldn't eject the disc first time I used it. But I really wanted the convenience so I ordered a replacement and...wouldn't eject the disc. AGAIN. Giving up and I suggest you do too. Too bad this technology is dead as it would be perfect for yoga videos.
