Difficult and slow to move from function to function. Slow to start up. It freezes up once a month or so, and I have to unplug it, plug it back in, and start over. Picture quality is OK. If there were a better quality option in this small size TV, I would buy it.

The clarity is sub par as is the sound but that is the least of it. The DVD player stopped working about 3 weeks after purchase. First in fits and starts. I kept it clean with a good cleaning disk and cleaned my DVDs after this. After a couple more weeks it stopped working altogether. I have hooked it up to my 10 year Panasonic DVD player that works like a charm. Now, four months after purchase, I'm seeing weird distortion in the center of the screen. DON'T waste your money. So sorry I did! Can a big company make anything that lasts ... for even a year????

I bought this to replace the little Insigia TV I bought from BB years ago that finally died. It was great. I used it in my office and liked being able to watch my DVDs once in a while. I was hoping to use this the same way and use the smart features. It won't pair with my phone to get my streaming shows. I bought it in the height of COVID 19, and Best Buy wasn't taking returns so now I'm stuck with it. I used to rely on BB for all my electronics, etc , but probably not anymore. And when I buy my new kitchen appliances this month I'll be looking elsewhere.

I've put it in both front facing and rear facing - done just about everything but handstands to get it to work. Sadly, it's on the way back to the store this weekend.
