    Tried multiple DVDs and none of them will play. After mounting TV to wall, the DVD player does not work. I tried multiple DVDs and it would not play any of them. The DVD ejects discs saying unable to play.

    The mounting holes on the back of the TV are non compliant with today’s mounting hardware. You have to buy an adapter before you can use the unit on a mounting system. I returned them.

    This TV is not worth the $109.00 I paid. If I could return it I would. The sound system is distorted which makes listening impossible.

    The DVD portion of the TV wouldn't take the disk, it needed to be pushed in, but by pushing the DVD in it wasn't fully inserting so then the reject button didn't work to send the DVD out.

    I purchased two of these for my children. BOTH are having problems. The dvd player is very noisy and freezes up a lot. One tv is rarely used, and the other is only used at bedtime.

    I had to return this TV because after 1 week the IR port stopped working. Of course I was advised to get a new remote and new batteries but since the problem was in the receiver, none of these things worked. What a waste of time.

    Tv comes on as a black screen most of the time, have to plug and unplug several times before get a picture. Going to try to return to best bye. I am very disappointed

    Didn't even last 6 months and the dvd player broke. And we only used it 2 times.

    This TV no longer works. Not returnable. What a farce! The TV worked for one month. Now it’s garbage. Never again from Best Buy.

    When we could get a disc to play, it had no sound. Tried the same disc’s on another player and had no problems. Taking it back!
