The product I ordered didn`t work properly so I requested a return and Best Buy said it would take 5 business days to process well it took more like 15 days before I was refunded which seemed kind of long. Still nice low prices!

It lasted less than 1 week before it skipped and would become stuck. You would have to start the DVD all over. Very frustrating. But, for the money, I knew I wasn't getting the best quality.... you get what you pay for.
