Ridiculous Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The remote stopped working within the first 24 hours, and after a couple of hours on the phone with customer service, they agreed the remote was defective, and they'd be sending me another. (The tv will not function without their remote.) That was SIXTEEN days ago and even though the shipping label was generated the first or second day, Westinghouse cannot seem to figure out how to get the remote to the Post Office!! I have email after email stating that they are taking care of it, and they even generated a second shipping label, but neither can apparently get affixed to a package and delivered to the Post Office! I seriously don't understand a company like Westinghouse putting in so little effort toward Customer Satisfaction! Shipping a remote is NOT rocket science!!
