    This television is horrible. The sound is terrible. I attempted to return this at the store after only 16 days of owning it and was told I could not return or exchange it. I was told I would have to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. Best Buy should stand behind the products they sell. The manufacturer sent me troubleshooting information tha was no help. I came to the conclusion that it was more trouble than it was worth. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge since the product did not meet my expectations and Best Buy would not make it right and I was reimbursed. I will not be making any future purchases from Best Buy or Westinghouse. I will be sharing how this was dealt with, with all of my family and friends.

    I bought this TV for my 84 year-old father after explaining to the sales person I needed something user-friendly and being assured that it was. Well it wasn't. First of all, the remote does not pair with the system if you have Verizon FiOS, so you will not be able to just use one remote, you will need to use two. (Not easy). Second, if you have any streaming services that you already subscribe to, you may not be able to sign into them on your new Xumo system, because Xumo wants you to start a new subscription and pay them for that subscription, even if your household already has that subscription. So for instance, my Dad already paid for Fox Nation and they wouldn't let me sign into that app on the new TV. They wanted me to sign up for a whole new subscription through Xumo for $108/year even though he already had a subscription. So, back the TV goes to Best Buy. Wish they could have saved me the time and trouble.

    It’s okay. Thought the picture would be somewhat clearer. It is a small tv though.

    No Way to Disable Screen Saver

    The tv works fine except there is NO way to turn off the screen saver. I purchased two for an art exhibition. Not really excited about having art viewers view a screen saver rather than my digital projects! What's up westinghouse. Very bad decision on your part.

    Won't program all channels

    Purchased this TV and it would not pull in our CBS station. We don't have issues with any other TVs in our house. Exchanged it for another one and it had the same issue. Appears to be a tuner issue with this batch of TVs. Returned the second one and got a different brand that worked fine.

    Don't buy this model!

    Difficult to use - especially when trying to download an app (Youtube TV) or use it. Had it less than 2 months and now you can't find the YT TV app. Tried a factory reset and still no use.

    Purchased the 24 inch tv for our kitchen. We have it above the refrigerator and use an external antenna. Nice reception and picture.
