A sign inside shows where to stand for pickups. Several people and I followed instructions and waited to be serviced. It never happened. After seeing that we were not going to be serviced, we all went to the regular line, meaning we had to get behind people who arrived after us. Finally we were able to do our pickup. Called for the manager, who never came out.

We receive our local channels via an antenna, and this TV has some kind of glitch that makes it very difficult to find those channels. I programmed them into my list and marked them as Favorites, but they kept disappearing. I'm not willing to spend 5 or 10 minutes each time I turn on the TV, trying to find a channel. I thought perhaps it was user era, but when I did some research online, I saw that a number of people have been complaining about this problem for over a year. I reluctantly returned the TV.

Unfortunately the sound quality was awful and no matter what settings I tried it was still awful. It sounded like you were listening through a tin cup. My other 24 inch roku tv by another brand has great sound but it was no longer available. Now I have to deal with sending this TV back which is an inconvenience.
