Slow and Choppy

Its very choppy when trying to watch streaming channels. If rewinding it gets stuck. I have two Roku TV brands which have no problem at all but the Westinghouse brand is very frustrating to watch. The sound is also poor quality..very tinny. Color is a bit dull. It was a cheap tv but not worth the cuts in quality
