    It was a nice TV (especially for low price) while it lasted but it lasted not even four months. One thing to note is while it comes on fast sometimes you have to do a network connection check to refresh the connection or completely shut down and restart it, otherwise the streaming doesn't work. I will probably get another one so that I can ship this one back and get a replacement (keep your box) and will be sure to get the geek squad support. Now when plugged in there is no power light and the TV won't turn on. I guess I should have added on the geek support. Looks like I'm screwed.

    Purchased this TV on 11/22/22. On 1/24/23 which is just 2 months later the tv will not turn on. The tv has a one year warranty. When contacting Westinghouse I was told the tv is defective but I have to pay to ship the tv to them for a refund. The shipping will not be refunded. I informed Westinghouse that I will not be buying another one of their tvs.

    Don’t buy from Westinghouse, if Something Happens, your product after the return date is seriously have to jump through hoops to get money back, the TV I bought is already having weird staining on the front of the picture. After only a few months.

    Wonderful little tv. Love the roku remote. Simple and effective. Since we watch more Netflix and Disney+ than cable tv, roku tvs work really well for us.

    after changing channels a couple times we loose volume if turn tv off then back on it works fine untill you change channels a couple more times

    Do NOT buy this TV. It died within 2 weeks. Returned it to Best Buy and bought an LG which I was told is a way better TV than this one. Plus the sound had way too much treble, not enough base. Did not like it.

    This has nothing to do with the product. It’s all about Best Buy! No stars! Bought this tv for my 95 year old mother. Found out she didn’t want it but missed the 15 day return window by 5 days & now we’re stuck with it. Never even opened the box! RIDICULOUS POLICY! My family & I will never shop at Best Buy again.
