    Wonderful little tv. Love the roku remote. Simple and effective. Since we watch more Netflix and Disney+ than cable tv, roku tvs work really well for us.

    after changing channels a couple times we loose volume if turn tv off then back on it works fine untill you change channels a couple more times

    Too small for elderly. Harder to read screen. Poor side viewing angle. Easy setup and Roku is good system.

    Do NOT buy this TV. It died within 2 weeks. Returned it to Best Buy and bought an LG which I was told is a way better TV than this one. Plus the sound had way too much treble, not enough base. Did not like it.

    Arrived with a damaged screen so I had to return it. It was also incredibly lightweight, felt very cheap.

    This TV only worked for 2 months and had to reset a couple of times to get it to work in Audio and Video

    This has nothing to do with the product. It’s all about Best Buy! No stars! Bought this tv for my 95 year old mother. Found out she didn’t want it but missed the 15 day return window by 5 days & now we’re stuck with it. Never even opened the box! RIDICULOUS POLICY! My family & I will never shop at Best Buy again.

    There are no numbers on this remote. I never stopped to check out the remote before I bought this tv. Tried to use a universal remote but the numbers wouldn't work. I have to scroll through to get to a channel. THERE ARE OVER A THOUSAND CHANNELS!!!

However, if you're cable box is connected, you should be able to use the remote the cable box came with.     I bought it on June 27th and just over the 15 day period where you can return it, the TV started having issues with the screen where it "whites out". I have tried contacting Westinghouse and no luck
