    I really don't like it I can't watch what I want and it constantly turns off or something pops up in the middle which I can't take off I have to turn off the TV and start over again

    Piece of junk. Wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing because the same happened to me. Easy to set up. Sound a little tinny but tolerable. On day 21 WHILE I WAS WATCHING it all of a sudden was unable to connect to network. I unplugged and when plugged back in, nothing! Called Westinghouse. Could barely understand the person who had me try something but then said since Best Buy only gave 15 days for return and it had been 21 days, I would have to send it back to Westinghouse on my dollar. She would email me the info. Never did. Called back and got someone else who was also difficult to understand. Said she would email me. Again nothing. Fortunately I still had my old 19" TV, set it up, and of course the network was fine. Disappointed with Westinghouse and disappointed with Best Buy's return policy.

    Wash-out color. I tried to adjust all possible color options to no avail. Roku platform is good but not the TV itself. It does render nature pictures.

    Bad sound. Poorly designed remote. Can't dial channels, must scroll thru channel list. Mute button is poorly placed. When I hold the remote, my thumb is on the mute button which I accidentally press numerous times.

Secondly, since this is a Roku TV, the remote is different than your normal remote that you may be used to.     Sound problems

    First TV picture: When viewing from the center it's good, view from the side is fuzzy and color fades. Sound: When you are using the streaming channels the sound is good at 10% but when you switch to the cable option the sound has to be set at 100% and you need to be 2 feet from it to hear the sound. Sound is not good

    This TV was fine for 2 years and then it gets confused between whether its a TV program and a commercial. When this happens the TV may have Dr. Phil, soap opera and or Judge Judy and when a commercial comes on the TV it gets confused again and then commercial will come on with Dr. Phil or Judge Judy or the actors talking.
