Disappointed with the assistance that I requested from the technical people. I paid for the additional years and they were very rude on the phone and did not respond to my questions. I finally worked on the TV the next day and got things to working - what a rip off on technical support.

I received excellent service. I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside. All.I did was ask, and right away the merchandise was found, brought to me and then they help me load it in my car. Nothing but satisfaction.

I bought this as a gift for a nursing home resident ( I do not know them personally) that did not have a Tv. How horrible to be bedridden and just lay there with little entertainment. I hope they are enjoying it.

The first week there was an issue where the TV would turn on or off randomly, but I'm assuming it updated the software because that hasn't been an issue ever since. It's worked perfectly since those initial issues.

Overall it was a good purchase. I don’t watch tv much but the price was good. I had no trouble picking up the item and the customer service was great. Will keep looking for good deals at this store.

I thought I would have to hunt this thing down. I finally got it to work. I called Westinghouse customer service the lady told me to unplug it and cut it off 20 seconds then cut it back on it worked.

This is a great find. Needed a TV in a spare bedroom and didn’t want to run cable to the room. With this smart TV, we can stream programming directly and enjoy all the programs we like!

I got this tv for a second tv for the house. Very efficient, does what I want it to, for the price and the size, I cannot complain by any standards of the imagination! I'd get it again!

Good basic 32" TV. Nice to have ROKU but the process to connect to my existing ROKU account was a little awkward. It kept wanting to add a million channels that I didn't want. The resolution is okay, but not great. But for the price, you can't go wrong.

The TV is good, my only complaint is the WiFi connection can be a little spotty. I unplug the TV for 30 seconds or so before I need to use it and then everything works ok, just a little tedious to have to do that each time I want to use it.

I ordered this tv because it was at a discounted price. I had no idea that I would received an additional benefit with it being a Roku TV. It has it's on Channels and everything! Thank you

Bought this during a sale and paid $108.00 and this has turned out to be a pretty good investment for my room. It’s not a very well known brand but it does the job so I have no complaints

It’s been great. No need to own cable since all the streaming service are provided. Just connect to the internet and there it works great.

Works well and volume gets loud. The only downfall is it continuously disconnects from the internet and I get kicked out of a tv show part way into it. If you power off the tv it also takes a long time to reconnect to the internet.

It is what I expected for the price. Works fine picture is fine. This is not a fancy tv I recommend for your kids because I started them with big TVs and they broke them. Overall this is a good tv and delivery was very prompt.

I bought the wrong tv. I was very frustrated the tv was to smart for me. I am not familiar with the new technology and I had to return and exchange for a standard tv.

Does everything I want. The speakers maybe a little on the treble side. Would buy it again. The Roku interface with local stations and plug in DVR that I have is excellent..

Really great tv . Have a Tcl and I would recommend this brand over that . Plus the remote has great range and actually clicks something right when you press it

acceptable quality for the cost. bought for Roku. position of volume and mute buttons on the side cause me issues since remote is so narrow, small for my hand, still getting used to it, wish remote had backlight.

TG has good screen quality and nice to have Roku incorporated. One frustrating thing was that I could never find the right code to sync this with my Bose remote.
