Sound randomly goes out

I’ve contacted the manufacturer for troubleshooting, long story short I have to file a warranty claim and pay to ship a malfunctioning tv back.

Surprised not to get regular TV channels!

I purchased one like I had to replace the broken one. But I missed your sale to get another one like I have because of the above. This is a strange TV. Different! Free ROKU but... Don't keep asking for a review or you get a negative.
