Terrible

Thought it was my router but after I got a new one, still doesn’t work. On hold w Best Buy for 20 min,nobody answers the phone! Grrrr...do not buy.

Excellent Smart TV and Easy to Learn
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Westinghouse, Roku, television. It is a 32" screen which is nice in the living room. This smart tv with wi-fi has a user friendly menu. The menu settings also allows you to use a background wall paper. There is also a feature in Settins that lets you black out the screen and just listen to the tv show. This is wonderful! In addition, I have the Spectrum tv service and the signal along with the Spectrum tv guide menu is brought into the Roku tv. I have added some other streaming apps, such as, those listed in Amazon. I just bought two other small tvs by Westinghouse/Roku from Best Buy 24" size for the bed room, and kitchen. Prior I have been using the Amazon Fire sticks for two older tvs and they worked very well. But, I finally, understood better after 3 years with the 32" that I could eliminate all the extra cords to the power stripes if I would upgrade my tv sets. I am going to be a lot more happier now they are conveniently set up and the set up is now more minimal. Many thanks to the Westinghouse company and Roku for making this tv and operating system user friendly for all ages.

Sent broken tv and hassle review

Literally opening them today and one of my TVs has a crack in it. And I bought them a month ago today. I'm tight hoping I can exchange the TV. Side note this review is not easy to do when required extra unnecessary stuff.

RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TO LOCAL STORE (WESTBURY NY). THEY TOOK IT BACK AND HELPED ME FIND A REPLACEMENT, WHICH COST A FEW DOLLARS MORE. THAT TV IS WORKING FINE. THE STAFF AT BEST BUY WESTBURY WERE TERRIFIC.

Garbage

Went to turn it on tonight and it’s stuck on the start up screen. Yes I’ve unplugged it. After 10 minutes it worked. Now no channels load. Great buy.

Roku TVs need monthly membership
