Poor quality, green overlays all over screen

Now TV gets a green digital overlay on certain colors on screen. Will be returning this tv very soon. Will update on how Best Buy Handles the return

Wont stay connected

The "smart" functions aren't even all there. Theres netflix, but not hulu and theres no store to download from. But it doesn't make a difference, the tv wont even stay connected to the internet. Everytime we turn it on it's a blue screen and the only useable options are the menu which forces us to set up a connection before use. It's not even a log back in type situation, I have to search for the wifi, type in the password and everything like it's fresh out of the box again. Zero convenience to this, I'm just so mad I didnt notice it until it was well too late. Since it's a guest room I've had this thing mounted to the wall for 5 months before finding out it doesn't even work. Best buy refused to refund or exchange it, and its only able to be resold as a tv, not a smart tv, since none of the smart functions work.
