    Discovered after I got this TV to my mom's house (gift) that it only had 2 HDMI ports and not the 3. Westinghouse on-line manual showed 3 which BestBuy listed. Westinghouse agreed to send a new TV within 3-5 weeks and ended up taking 10 (didn't return the 1st one because she doesn't live near BestBuy and I don't live near her to get it/return/get another/take new one to her). Finally received the replacement and it also had only 2 HDMI ports - and they now advise that some batches with this model # went out with 3, they had tech problems with people returning them for repair so changed them to 2. They're supposed to be fixing their website for this model and notifying BestBuy - not holding my breath on that one! Again, BestBuy did not make the mistake - it's all Westinghouse. In addition the USB slot stopped working on the 1st TV within a month. They are letting us keep that TV and the replacement one - hopefully it will last longer before breaking!
