Not able to adjust audio and picture. Purchased TV in November of 2019

Everything was working great when I first got it. 3 weeks later... it no longer works. The screen is black and the channels keep rapidly switching whenever I turn it on. I literally have no control of my TV anymore! Dude WTF?! I'm sh***y af!! I already can't afford much. I got lucky to find this on sale, but of course obviously luck is not in my favor. Tried to return it, but they said I couldn't because it was past 14 days! Omg FML!!

The TV is great quality and looks nice but none of the apps worked at all only works to watch TV.

I bought this for OTA tv watching but I find the tuner to be inferior to the converter box I had with my old tv, with same antenna ans location. If you use it for cable/satellite it may be fine as the picture and sound quality is adequate. The tuner scanner doesn't find all the stations and can't seem to pull in a strong signal for even the close ones. I cannot recommend this on this basis.

Tv sound system is terrible, it’s to low constantly trying to find a way to make it louder

It is a cheap tv but not great in color . U can see the difference between this tv and samsung 720p.

Needs a cable box to work. Nice price but that is all

This TV broke down on me less than one month of having it. The picture stop showing clear, the volume went out and I couldn't change the channel. The customer service for Westinghouse is horrible and barely speak English. Though its not that expensive, I definitely should've gotten more than barely 1 month use out of this

I purchased this TV to hook my security camera system and it was the only one that said it had a VGA input. I got this info from a staff member at Best Buy. I got the thing home and low and behold no VGA.

Tv's picture not very bright and clear ,side views are really blurry

I was very disappointed with this TV . I purchased the first one on 10-25-18 and it was Defective. Then by 11-11-18 the lady at the John Hancock Best Buy store got the manager's permission to exchange it. But the 2nd TV the same model was also Defective.

You get what you pay for. Spend the extra money if you can.

U will need a QAM Tuner if you buy this for a dorm

This was a cheap TV. You get what you pay for. The speakers went out completely after 70 days. They started going out after 45 days. My first thought was it was a settings issue. I should have returned it then.

Had to return, it didn't turn on. Plugged in and nothing.

The tv itself didnt have a lot of features most typical ones would. It didnt have usb 3.0 only 2.0 and the quality was not good at all. If you want the cheapest possible then its great but you get what you pay for. I exchanged for a samsung tv

I bought this model solely because of the distance apart of the feet. The picture on the website shows the feet in the middle, but the TV has feet on the edges. TV will not work for me. 100% waste of my time.
